Energy Evening Event | 2019

An Energy Evening with Helena Deal, Vice President HR, Hess

DIVERSITY OF THOUGHT leads to better decisions

Single Seat $75.00

You are cordially invited to join us on the evening of Tuesday, May 14th for a discussion about DIVERSITY OF THOUGHT and how it lights the path in the work place to bring an expanded perspective with a wider range of options, enabling better decisions and outcomes.

DIVERSITY goes far beyond what's visible, and embracing true diversity requires a new approach to hiring, managing and to the process of problem-solving and decision making.  On May 14th, HELENA DEAL, Vice President Global HR Operations, Hess Corporation will guide the discussion to help the room understand how our industry is using behavioral data as the engine behind decision making. JULIE WILSON, Research Director Global Exploration will kick the event off with a current view of our industry's forecast.
